• Signing up allows you to:
    • View your account balance.
    • Manage your account.
    • Make a deposit and set up auto-reload.
    • Deactivate and reactivate your card.
  • In order to disable auto-reload, please go to "Alert Preferences" and zero out the amounts and payment method for each account.
  • Your funds are available for your use immediately after fully completing the deposit process on here. It is important to remember that after submitting the credit card information, you need to click "complete transaction" at the bottom of the screen, otherwise the funds will not post and your credit card will not get charged.
  • Click "Make a guest deposit" on the login page. They do not need to login, they need to know your UFID and your ufl.edu email address.
  • Either a system error occurred or the transaction was not fully completed. A void is automatically processed and the charge gets reversed on your credit/debit card account based on the issuing bank's terms. It can take up to 3-5 business days.
  • First make sure you reactivate the card, if you deactivated it. You can do so on the website under "Card Services" or in the app under "Card Management" and toggle the button to the right.
